Julian, dream doctor is fun for the family and a amazing read aloud. This book is for ages 6 and up.You know that adults and kids will love Julian, dream doctor. Ann Caneron wrote this book and she has only a few if you want to get her book. You can get tons of laughter and wonders. Julian, Dream Doctor by Ann Caneron tells about how it is Julians dads birthday and he wants to give him the best present ever. Julians dad wants the best birthday . Julian tried to figure out what his dream was and found it out.Julian got the present but it what he meant . Julian got his dad a crazy present. Julians dads birthday is coming and he wants the best present ever. In the incident is not that scary but if it was in real life watch out! His dad was sleeping and talked in his sleep.he searched for ever to fined it. His present was freaky to the dad. Julian hoped it would not hurt him or his friends. They found his dad and he was fine. The writer used rich word choices and tons of voice. Ann Caneron chose the tittle because the present almost made his dad go to the doctor but Julian help him not be afraid of the present. Julian was a big part of this story same with his dad. Go to the library and get this book. YOU WILL LOVE IT.

Hi Samantha, Your voice shines through your writing, especially in your lead. I loved how you used the "wonders" to describe what this book will make the reader do. You tried to follow the NVBP summary for organizing your summary. You have a great main idea but your details get all jumbled and confusing to follow (use jot dots). Be sure to reread what your write to make sure it all makes clear sense. You shared an interesting part of the story with the reader. That paragraph really needed a topic sentence. It goes straight to the details which gets confusing. It is great how you notice the author using rich word choice and voice in your conclusion.I noticed that you've posted comments to 3 of your classmates. I would like to see more postings please. Reading your classmates work will give you new ideas in your own writing of book reviews. I'm wondering what happened to the picture of you on your web page. That was very cute!
